Manyra Artistry currently ships across India & USA. Shipping in other countries may be available for selected artworks upon request. Please contact us before placing an international order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom, commissioned, or personalized artworks may require additional production time. The estimated completion time will be communicated at the time of order.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

Within India: 3–10 business days after dispatch.
Remote locations: Delivery may take longer depending on the courier service.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. We offer free standard shipping for all products across India & USA.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available) to monitor the shipment.

Packaging

Every artwork is carefully packed using appropriate protective materials to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Share clear photographs of the damaged product and the packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or another suitable resolution.

If your shipment is delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Manyra Artistry is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
