Refund policy
At Manyra Artistry, each artwork is carefully prepared before dispatch.
- Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or if an incorrect item is delivered.
- Any damage or discrepancy must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging.
- Once the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, as appropriate.
- Custom-made, commissioned, personalized, or made-to-order artworks are not eligible for return or refund unless damaged in transit.
- Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
